Alan Spivak is a solo practitioner in Cincinnati, Ohio. He handles all general practice matters with a focus on personal injury and immigration law. Alan is a graduate of Chase College of Law and is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. For all immigration matters, however, Alan is able to represent clients throughout the United States as well as assisting clients with entry in to the United States that are currently based internationally abroad.

Prior to attending law school, Alan earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from the nationally-recognized criminal justice program at the University of Cincinnati. His work experience includes the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor’s Office, The United States Department of Labor-Administrative Law Judge’s Office, practicing with a limited license in representing indigent clients at The Ohio Justice and Policy Center, and working for his local United States Congressional Office.

With Alan's personal diverse background as a first-generation born American, his ability to interact with clients who also come from diverse backgrounds sets him apart from other attorneys during the course of client representation.
